Privacy Policy
How SlopDocs collects, uses, stores, and shares information for AI-generated HTML and Markdown review workflows.
How SlopDocs collects, uses, stores, and shares information for AI-generated HTML and Markdown review workflows.
This policy is effective June 21, 2026. SlopDocs is operated by Useful Machines LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Questions, privacy requests, correction requests, deletion requests, and export requests should be sent to support@slopdocs.ai. Abuse reports should be sent to abuse@slopdocs.ai.
This policy covers SlopDocs, including the website, app, API, MCP tools, browser extension capture flow, support and abuse intake, and document review links.
SlopDocs is a publishing and review service for AI-generated HTML and Markdown artifacts. It is not intended to be a production website host, checkout platform, analytics platform, or credential collection service.
Uploaded HTML and Markdown are hosted so authors and reviewers can inspect generated content. A document may be visible to people who have access under its share policy, including anyone-with-link access, invited-email access, and private owner access.
Owners can create multiple share links with different visibility, invited-email lists, and annotation settings. Revoking one share link does not automatically revoke other active share links for the same document.
SlopDocs viewer chrome may show comments, version comparison, source download controls, and document metadata. Review links are meant for review, not production hosting.
SlopDocs does not inject platform analytics, form capture, checkout scripts, credential collection, or tracking JavaScript into uploaded HTML. Uploaded HTML is isolated from the main SlopDocs app by default.
SlopDocs may use Cloudflare Web Analytics on `slopdocs.ai` public pages and app surfaces to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics may use a browser performance beacon and Cloudflare network metadata to report page views, route changes, page-load timing, browser and device information, referrer information, country or region, and similar technical metrics.
SlopDocs does not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics on `slopdocscontent.com`, does not inject it into uploaded HTML or Markdown render frames, and does not use it to capture document source bodies, comments, annotations, payment details, form values, or reviewer-entered content.
SlopDocs does not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money.
SlopDocs does not use uploaded documents, comments, account data, or support messages to train AI models. If SlopDocs ever proposes a materially broader use of user content or personal information, it should update this policy, provide notice, and obtain any consent required by law before applying that new use.
The SlopDocs browser extension can capture a rendered page snapshot from the active tab when the user initiates a capture. The extension is designed to remove active scripts and redact sensitive form values before publishing the snapshot to SlopDocs.
A capture may still contain visible page text, URLs, embedded asset references, form state, and other page content present in the rendered document. Users are responsible for reviewing captured content before sharing it.
SlopDocs uses service providers and third-party services to operate the product, authenticate users, process billing, deliver support, protect the service, and distribute connected tools. These providers may process account, usage, billing, support, security, and uploaded-content information as needed for those purposes.
Free Trial active documents are subject to the current Free Trial retention limits. Deleted artifacts are hidden immediately, retained for 30 days for recovery, and then purged unless SlopDocs must preserve them for abuse, security, payment, legal, or support reasons. Versions, comments, replies, share settings, invited reviewer emails, and source bodies are generally retained with the artifact and purged with it after the recovery window unless a hold applies.
When an account is deleted, connected identities and authorized clients are revoked or removed, share links are revoked, documents are scheduled for deletion, and comments or replies may be anonymized where review history must remain until the related artifact is purged.
Account export bundles expire after 7 days and are designed to exclude reusable secrets.
Connection records and audit records are generally retained for up to 1 year by default. Minimal billing records may be retained for up to 7 years. Abuse and support records are retained long enough to investigate, enforce policy, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain appropriate evidence.
Account deletion, account export, privacy access, and correction requests should be sent to support@slopdocs.ai.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection, opt-out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
SlopDocs honors applicable privacy rights requests through support workflows. Send requests to support@slopdocs.ai from the email associated with your account or provide enough information for SlopDocs to verify authority.
SlopDocs does not currently target children, sell personal information for money, or use uploaded documents for AI training. If you believe a privacy right applies to your use of SlopDocs, contact support and identify the right you want to exercise.
SlopDocs uses cookies, local storage, authorization headers, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, complete authentication flows, connect authorized tools, maintain document access, and protect the service from abuse.
Technical logs and Cloudflare Web Analytics metrics are used for short-term debugging, security, reliability, performance measurement, aggregate usage understanding, and abuse prevention. SlopDocs avoids intentionally logging uploaded source bodies, reusable secrets, session credentials, or full payment card details.
SlopDocs uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate for a hosted review service, including isolation for uploaded HTML. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where SlopDocs and its vendors operate.
SlopDocs is not intended for children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by local law.
Material policy updates should be posted on this page with a new effective date. If SlopDocs materially changes how it uses previously collected personal information, it should provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required before applying that change.
